Senior health care design has been a cornerstone of GLTA’s work for over thirty years. Our staff has been responsible for over 100 senior health care projects covering the full range of living environments. Those projects have included skilled care, rehab care, wellness centers, memory care, adult foster care, adult daycare, hospice care, assisted living, and many varieties of senior independent housing.
 
Many of our clients have developed senior health care campuses offering a full range of senior living options that allow residents to age in place while offering the convenience of all needed health care services. These campuses include new facilities as well as repurposed and remodeled existing buildings.
