Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) broke ground for a 20,000 s.f. expansion to its corporate office on July 11, 2016. With a trucking history dating back to the 1930’s, this rapidly growing family owned business is a valued member of the St. Cloud area community. The project will provide space for 200 additional employees as well as 6 additional conference rooms. The two story addition, designed by GLTArchitects, respects ATS corporate identity and compliments the visual expression of the existing building.

Secure Workplace: Key elements to the design include maintaining a fully secure facility, integration of extensive technology needs and acoustic performance necessary in an active technology-driven call center. The building will be fully occupied and in full operation throughout construction with project completion on track for spring of 2017.
