Evan Larson, AIA, NCARB, CID, LEED AP
Principal/President/Project Architect
Evan has a strong design and construction background and experience in a broad range of project design including health care, education, commercial, and public facilities. He joined GLTArchitects in 1998 and, as President, is responsible for the firm’s operations. Evan embraces new technology and his hands-on approach to development, design and management reaffirms our commitment to quality and value to our clients with each new project.
Steve Paasch, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
Principal/Project Architect
Joining GLTArchitects in 1990, Steve has become our education specialist. His experience ranges from facilities surveys to full architectural services for both new and remodeling projects for higher ed, PK-12, and other project types. In addition to providing leadership in the firm to keep all production schedules on track, Steve is an active volunteer in our community and has received awards for his leadership and commitment.
Ryan TerSteeg, AIA
Principal/Project Architect
Recently joining the firm in 2025, Ryan’s experience in the architecture field has spanned across several states including North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota. He has worked on a variety of project types including government facilities, private commercial, education, and remodeling. From conceptual design through building construction, Ryan enjoys working with clients to see their vision come to life. Outside of work Ryan enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and restoring WWII Jeeps.
