Set in a 90-acre natural wooded site, located at the south end of St. Joseph, MN., Woodcrest is an all-new $17 million senior living community.  The project consists of an upscale 60 unit; one and two-bedroom apartment building, a 24-unit memory care facility and large commons areas, covering over 157,000 s.f..  The commons areas include dining and lounge spaces, a commercial kitchen, community room and chapel, fitness room, beauty shop and a convenience store/coffee shop.  The exterior has a combination of stone masonry and steel siding. Each apartment has an exterior deck or patio. The memory care facility has an enclosed exterior courtyard for use by the residents and residents have available secure underground parking and storage.  The building is designed to accommodate significant future growth to the apartments, memory care and commons areas.
