This facility occupies a prominent location along Highway 15 with a strong and visually dynamic presence and contains 52,000 square feet.  GLTArchitects provided design services for both the building and the tenants who occupy the facility.

The Midsota Plastic Surgeons Clinic and Surgical Center is a major tenant within the building.  We worked closely with the staff to develop a clinic plan which met current needs as well as allowed for future growth.  The clinic includes patient reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, lab space, therapy rehab, and offices.  The surgical center includes fully equipped operating rooms, surgery preparation rooms, and recovery spaces.  This surgical area is designed to expand and detailed plans have been prepared for that growth.

Multiple entities function within the clinic with their own spaces, but they also utilize shared functions.
