Capital One was seeking to revitalize and upgrade their 105,000 sf 4 story offices located in downtown St. Cloud. GLTArchitects in collaboration with Nelson’s interiors team designed and completed a nine phase project that transformed the aging space and provided new amenities for Capital One employees.  New collaboration space, break rooms, open offices, training rooms and seating areas were designed in fun and unique ways that transformed the space into a vibrant and collaborative work environment. Once the major remodeling project was complete, GLTArchitects continued to provide design services for a new command center, health care center and re-roofing projects. This project was awarded LEED GOLD Certification.
