St. Cloud, MN

The City of Lakeville commissioned GLTArchtects to renovate this beautiful church into a much needed arts facility.  The renovation included the removal of existing exterior stairs and changing the entry lobby to access upper and lower levels. This makes the entire facility accessible. The upper level houses a 300 seat auditorium, stage, and stage support spaces. The lower level provides additional stage support and multiple art education spaces for several art forms such as painting, drawing, fibers, pottery, and sculpture.
