The building at 808 Courthouse Square, was built originally around the turn of the century; we since purchased it to fill our current office staff needs.

The lower level and main level floors have housed and served many different clients over the years, from a hands on local machine shop to that of office space for an abstract company.

The second level floor had previously always been functioning as apartments.  We have since renovated the space to house drafting and design studios on the 2nd level, reception, conference, workroom and offices on the mail floor; conference, workstations, library and storage on the lower level, all at an economical cost.  The building has an open feel concept, professional appeal and comfortably houses our staff personnel in just under 5,000 SF.
