To continue to grow their successful dance programs, Ms. Melinda’s Dance Studio needed to expand beyond their leased studio space.  GLTArchitects was hired to design an all-new facility that supports dance instruction for students from ages 2-18.

The new 13,700 sf, $1.8M building has five dance studios that include parent viewing areas for each studio.  Studio support space includes changing rooms, offices and retail space.  A snack and study area is also provided for students to use while not in class.  A large entry supports the office and retail space and provides displays for the studio’s dance trophies and accolades.
