Under slab utilities and piping are now complete at the office addition for Toppan-Merrill.  Crews are working on setting the structural steel system as well as the roof joist/decking system in between incliment weather conditions.  The contractors are operating towards pouring the concrete floor at the office addition as soon as the roof decking is in place, and crossing our fingers the weather cooperates!
