Warren Transport has a 75-year tradition as a diverse transportation solutions provider.  Their new 33,000 sf corporate headquarters facility includes corporate offices and large vehicle service and repair facility.  The office area includes dispatch, training rooms, driver’s lounge, conference rooms, and extensive IT infrastructure to support their services.  The large vehicle service area features seven repair and maintenance bays.  A vehicle safety and inspection lane provides efficient space for regular inspections and routine maintenance needed to ensure safe operation of the vehicles.  A dedicated wash bay and supporting parts warehouse are located adjacent to the services areas.   

Precast panels were used for exterior walls and separation between the office and shop area.  Precast panels offer a highly durable, energy efficient, and cost-effective solution to meet project goals.  A mezzanine provides additional space for equipment and storage.   

The project includes extensive site development to accommodate large vehicle movements and parking.  The entire tractor and trailer area is secured with fencing and powered gates as required by the Dept. of Homeland Security and other agencies for hazardous and sensitive material transport.
