Located within Capital One’s downtown office in St. Cloud, this 2,470-square-foot employee health clinic transformed a vacant retail space into a modern healthcare environment dedicated to serving Capital One employees and their families. Designed to support convenient access to primary and preventative care, the clinic provides a welcoming setting that promotes employee wellness and productivity. 

The thoughtfully planned layout includes a comfortable waiting area, three private exam rooms, a fully equipped laboratory, a centralized nurses’ station, two offices, and dedicated staff support spaces, including a break room. The design balances patient comfort, clinical functionality, and staff efficiency, creating a seamless experience for both visitors and healthcare providers. 

Through strategic space planning and adaptive reuse of an underutilized retail area, the project delivered a high-quality healthcare facility that maximizes operational effectiveness while reinforcing Capital One’s commitment to the health and well-being of its workforce and their families.
