Beautiful You Dermatology provides medical, surgical, cosmetic dermatology, and esthetics services.  Complementing the original character of the existing building, this adaptive re-reuse reflects the Owner’s vision for a modern medical practice with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.  The project includes a spacious lobby and retail area, four exam rooms, a procedure room, Mohs lab, offices, and supporting spaces.  To maximize the use of the building, three lease spaces were also provided to offer complementing services.  The extensive interior remodeling was complemented with a refresh and modernization of the building exterior.
