To meet the growing demand for reproductive health and pregnancy support services in the St. Cloud community, the Pregnancy Resource Center expanded its reach with a second location in a highly visible and easily accessible strip mall setting. The new 1,200-square-foot facility was thoughtfully designed to create a warm, inviting environment where women and families feel comfortable seeking care, guidance, and support. 

A unique feature of the space is its welcoming lobby and coffee shop, which serves as a relaxed gathering area that helps create a more approachable, community-focused experience for visitors. Beyond the lobby, the clinic includes two private counseling rooms, an exam room, two administrative offices, and a flexible classroom space dedicated to client education and outreach programs. 

The design balances comfort, privacy, and functionality, supporting the organization’s mission to provide compassionate care and valuable resources to women navigating reproductive health and pregnancy-related decisions. By transforming a tenant space into a welcoming wellness center, the project creates a supportive environment that fosters connection, education, and access to essential services.
