GLTArchitects partnered with CentraCare Health to transform the pediatrics clinic within the Health Plaza, focusing on creating a welcoming, efficient, and child-centered environment.  Well and sick child entrances, reception, and lobby spaces were reconfigured to improve patient experience, employee efficiency, and provide an inviting, fresh new look.  Playful elements including colorful accents, engaging wall graphics, and large learn-and-play floor mats, invite interaction and foster a sense of comfort for children and families.  

The comprehensive renovation extended throughout the clinic, introducing themed exam room corridors that encourage exploration and intuitive wayfinding. Each hallway is uniquely themed—arctic, safari, ocean, space, rainforest, and Minnesota—further enriching the playful atmosphere and supporting a positive healthcare experience for young patients.
