Set in natural wooded site located in Brainerd, Minnesota, Pinecrest is Country Manor’s newest senior living community. Designed after the successful Woodcrest campus, the project consists of two interconnected one and two-bedroom apartment buildings, totaling 76 units. Additionally, a 30-unit memory care facility and large commons area, covers over 121,000 square feet. The commons area includes dining and lounge spaces, a commercial kitchen, community room, fitness room, beauty shop, and a convenience store/coffee shop. The exterior has a combination of stone masonry and steel siding. Each apartment has an exterior deck or patio. The memory care facility has an enclosed exterior courtyard for use by the residents. Separate parking garages are provided for residents with some tucked underneath the units. The building is designed to accommodate significant future growth in the apartments and commons areas.
