For over 30 years GLTArchitects has been working with SCSU on projects ranging from new facilities to routine maintenance projects. Much of our work with SCSU involves evaluating and remodeling existing buildings and spaces for new uses, retrofitting buildings with new technology, adapting them to meet current building codes including accessibility, and adapting it to a new use well beyond what the original designers envisioned.

The Administrative Services building remodel project provides a new “front door” for prospective students and their families. Features include a new welcoming lobby and reception area, interactive alumni display, presentation space, improved wayfinding, and an open concept study area.
