Daniel Tideman joined GLTA in 1984, becoming a partner in 1989

Dan says the key rule in successful architecture is really quite simple: "Listen closely to the client." In his role as a principal architect at GLTA, it's a rule he practices day in and day out.

"I am not afraid to learn from my clients," said Tideman. "Rather than telling them what they need, I try to listen carefully and understand their needs and issues and then address them in a straightforward manner."
