GLTArchitects is pleased to be partnering with Inventure Properties, LLC and Boser Construction in the design of Franklin Avenue Holdings, LLC.

This ground breaking ceremony marks the construction and renovation of the buildings located on Franklin Avenue NE., of which will included new exterior upgrades and a complete construction of a new modern, 13,600 square foot professional building; space available for lease.  
Encompassing the renovated, expanded remodeled building will be Absolute Outdoor as well as Wilcox Family Dentistry relocating to the newly renovated space.  
The work is scheduled to be completed summer of 2016.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was recently held for the gym addition to the Roosevelt Boys & Girls Club in St. Cloud, MN. A fire last year at the adjacent school building left the Club without access to a gymnasium space. The design and construction of the gym began almost immediately after the fire and now has been completed and occupied to the joy of the kids at the Club. An art room and enlarged Youth space, along with several offices were also included in the addition.  Read more here....

The Paramount Theatre is now ready for more shows, thanks to new seats and other associated work facilitated by GLTArchitects. See WJON article and video here.
The previous seats had been in place since the 1998 renovation, after they had been removed from Stewart Hall at St. Cloud State University and refurbished.   The new layout, increases seating capacity by over 100 while providing greater comfort to patrons.  GLTArchitects was also responsible for the design of the 1998 renovation of the Paramount Theatre.  To learn more about the original renovation project, please click here.

"The new seats aren't just about comfort (they are 3 inches taller and allow for cupholders) and aesthetics; more patrons can pack inside the theater. The installation will increase the seat number from about 700 to 806."

The Roosevelt Boys and Girls Club Gymnasium Groundbreaking Celebration and Donor Appreciation Dinner ws held on May 7th. Designed by GLTArchitects, the new addition will include a 5,487 square-foot gym and 1,860 square feet of multi-purpose space and is scheduled to be completed by end of the year. GLTArchitects has a long-standing relationship with the Boys & Girls Club facility as well as a previous facilities addition in 2012. To learn more about the project, see here. 

GLTArchitects worked with Boser Construction to develop a preliminary design for an all new Minnesota Fishing Center. The center would be located in Little Falls, Minnesota and would include the Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame and Minnesota Fishing Museum. The proposed design was unveiled at the Northwest Sportshow on March 28, 2015.

The Roosevelt Boys & Girls Club held their formal ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 27 to formally open the addition and remodeling of the Club.  The event was attended by various community leaders and supporters of the Club, as well as by the kids using the facility.  The addition contains a new teen area, kids café, prep kitchen, and a new Headstart classroom.  The remodeled area completely reconfigured the existing junior games room, check-in area, art room, and one additional Headstart classroom.  Additional space was remodeled for Boys & Girls Club staff and support functions.
