St. Cloud State University’s James W. Miller Learning Resource Center, which houses the school’s technology support center, needed a redesign that better reflected the fact that students use technology for their day-to-day learning.  Repositioning the technology help desk and opening the space for collaborative work created a 24-hour computer/study area where assistance and instruction can thrive.

The Waterford Senior Living apartment project is nearing the halfway point of construction.  This 45-unit building has exterior brickwork and shingling underway.  Window and patio door installation is on-going and paving and site grading is nearing completion.  The interior work has now started and will continue through the winter months.  Completion is scheduled for spring, 2014.

Annandale Elementary School's Bendix Media Center (designed by GLTArchitects) is chosen for the Minnesota Association of School Maintenance Supervisors (MASMS) 2013-14 membership directory cover.

Annandale Public Schools hosted a community open house at the new Annandale Elementary School on Sunday, September 8.  One of the highlights of the new school is the Bendix Media Center.  The blue and green colors of the room, along with the curved, wave-like panels on the ceiling symbolize Annandale's lakes heritage.

Team GLTArchitects participated in the 11th Annual Country Manor Hometown Classic golf event on June 17 at Blackberry Ridge Golf Course.  Proceeds from the event support the purchase of an activity van to be used campus-wide at Country Manor.

The Roosevelt Boys & Girls Club held their formal ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 27 to formally open the addition and remodeling of the Club.  The event was attended by various community leaders and supporters of the Club, as well as by the kids using the facility.  The addition contains a new teen area, kids café, prep kitchen, and a new Headstart classroom.  The remodeled area completely reconfigured the existing junior games room, check-in area, art room, and one additional Headstart classroom.  Additional space was remodeled for Boys & Girls Club staff and support functions.

Opening spring of 2014, this 45-unit senior housing project will feature large living units with balconies and patios along with a restaurant serving the residents of the entire Country Manor Campus.
